My recent experience with The Habit Burger was incredibly disappointing. They messed up my order, leaving out the mushrooms in my burger and not providing the two cokes I ordered for my son. When I tried to contact them about the issue, they didn't answer the phone. Even when I drove back to the place to address the problem, they showed no willingness to apologize or make amends. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left a terrible impression. I doubt I'll return to Habit Burger after this experience.
The service at this location leaves much to be desired. I've visited several branches, but for some reason, this one seems to offer smaller portions. The management should consider providing better training for the staff.
I had the worst experience with the grilled chicken I purchased. It was incredibly messy and unappetizing. I can't believe this would happen in Fair Lawn. They really need to improve their cooking skills!
On Sunday evenings, you can always enjoy a nice quiet meal with your loved ones, family, and friends, not crowded like other areas. The restaurant is well kept and managed.

The burgers were neatly packaged, but unfortunately, they were all quite dry. They were also rather lacking in the amount of condiments provided.
Pretty good! I wouldn’t say it’s the best burger I’ve had but it’s a solid place and you can’t go wrong if you need a quick stop.
The packaging of my takeout order was outstanding—I've never seen a to-go order packaged so well! The food was excellent too!
First time in 3 years so wasn't nothing special like it used to be when we first tried it in Teterboro location.

The salad was missing blue cheese and the dressing was too watered down. I was quite disappointed!
The food was pretty good but a bit expensive. Great service.
