I enjoyed my food but the service was HORRIBLE and I’m not exaggerating. If you are eating here, don’t waste your time dinning, just get it to go. Table was dirty when getting seated. It took a long time to get my drinks, then the server stopped mid serving our table to eat and never came back??? Didn’t get my drink til I was almost finish eating. Cups were dirty. no one came to check on the table until I complained about it. Manager wasn’t much help either. The craziest part is that it was very moderate/slow traffic.
We were seated immediately upon entering, but we didn't get any water or server attention for nearly ten minutes after being seated. People were seated next to us and had their order taken shortly thereafter, while the waitress ignored us. The food was pretty good, fresh and generally tasty, but a constant cool draft from the ventilation system rendered most of it cool to the touch shortly after it was delivered to the table. This place might be better for pickup rather than dine in.
Don’t tip on online orders. When I went to pick up my online order most of the staff were eating at the bar and when one of them was informed of me waiting he laughed and said “nah I’m on break” and continued his meal. The sign on the host stand says we need to wait for someone to grab the online orders off of the shelf for us. But apparently that was too difficult of a task for them. We had the best experience here. The couple we sat next to was quite lovely. The staff was the absolute best. I'm telling you. Even if the food wasn't 100/10 delicious, which it really is, I'd still go to have a bitchin convo with the servers. Overall, I love the veg pho that I got, as well as the lemongrass vermicelli bowl. God that lemongrass tofu was the best tofu of my fkin life. NO NOTES. Service: Dine in

The Vietnamese crepe with shrimp arrived so greasy I had to blot with 3 napkins but also came with shrimp with tails on. Is that how it’s normally made here?? It was not pleasant to eat the crepe and bite into shrimp tails. I ended up opening the crepe, removing all the tails and just eating the shrimp. The spring roll was good, but I will not order from here again. Service: Delivery
