I was the first in line to try the Chiles Burger at 2 Chiles, and I waited about 10 minutes. At Root 46, I brought my baby along, and she really enjoys the chiles on skewers. I cut the chiles in half and placed them cut-side down in a glass dish filled with water, covering it with foil. I cooked them at 350°F for 20 minutes until they were soft enough to pierce with a fork. Once cooled, I used a fork to shred them into pure chile.
