I’ve had some of the most Americanized street tacos at this place. The red sauce is sweet and reminds me a bit of ketchup, while the carne asada tacos taste like they’ve been seasoned with taco seasoning. You could easily finish them in two bites for $3.25 each, and they literally just sprinkle a little cilantro and onion on top. As someone from San Diego who grew up visiting Tijuana, I can say this is not authentic taco truck food. If you want a truly flavorful and generously filled street taco with plenty of meat and toppings, I recommend heading to the Orange Taco Truck on 7th, right across from Mister's Car Wash.
