My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Firstly, upon entering, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. The utensils provided for eating seemed unwashed and unhygienic. The table had a sticky residue, and even the windowsill and curtains appeared to be in dire need of cleaning. Moving on to the food area, I was appalled by the condition of the hood above the hot tables, which was visibly greasy and unappealing. The tongs used for serving were also greasy and slippery, which was quite off-putting. For all you white people that have no life, and just complain complain complain. Your PAYING 13.99 for a lunch ayce, and dinner is slightly a few bucks higher. I go here for lunch cause its close to work, and always have a good experience. End of the day, your paying 13.99, what do you expect? A five star selection. It gets to that people complain about the price and food. Some red neck complained about the price? Ha! Good luck trying to find an ayce buffet for under 20 bucks! And for 17.99 dinner you cant go wrong, for the money you pay you get just enough selections! End Rant
Nice and clean environment too bad it was terrible food. Anddd Overpriced! My son just turned 11 and is very small. I told them he probably won't even eat and she walked by tons of times and seen him not eating and charged us full price for an adult anyway. Not to mention being hovered over the whole entire time we ate our meal. First time and last time going here. We won't be back and I'll make sure I tell every one I know and spread the word!Parking: Lots of parking because no one is going into this place!
Looking for cheap food? Oh yes! They have yummy food! Is it the best like other chains? No, but for the price, it’s good! I rather go here then spend $50 in another chain restaurant! They could update their bathrooms but other then that food is good and staff very friendly and hard working! They sometimes hover because they are watching your empty plates and glasses. I Love it here! And have been going for a few years!
Not the greatest atmosphere. Very low selection of food and it was only slightly warm the food that we ate. The deserts looked like they were taken out of a package from Food Basics. Very disappointed with the lack of care and the servers didn’t even bother checking up on us. Wished this place was better since the other Chinese buffet in town closed down.
From the UK and was passing by whilst on vacation with my family, I would not recommend. Food was warm at best, limited selection and the server came by and gave us the bill about 30 minutes into our meal.It makes me wonder that there isn't any effort in customer service now since the tipping culture over here seems to be mandatory than a choice!
This is not really my kind of place but I think the food, selection and value is very good if you enjoy Canadian Chinese food. There are lots of other options such as roast beef, chicken wings, salad and sushi. They have make your own waffles and a decent dessert selection.The owners and staff are friendly and attentive.
