Harvey's - Reserva de mesa

Cashier was great, server was good, not sure about the Cook, Food was good. Angus Burger with cheese was cold, because we had to wait for an original with cheese and bacon for a very long time. Then my drink was spilt across the counter at me by accident. And they apologize profusely as well as. Gave me an extra pie, the drink did not hit me. They were wonderful about it. The cook and the Burger incident, however. Not happyVegetarian options: Don't know anything, just load us that they had it.Parking: When we were there, there was lots of parking.

I went through drive-thru and was greeted by Kristin. She had an amazing attitude and was very friendly and efficient with serving me. (Especially for being almost 10pm) she was still very much ‘alive’ for work. I work next door at Swiss chalet and was hungry after my shift, so I got some dill pickles and let me tell ya. They are delicious as always. I also appreciate the little heart that was drawn on my dill pickle box, definitely made me crack a smile. 10/10 would recommend Harvey’s Orillia. Thanks again Kristin, and all the staff working!

Fast, accurate service, cashier (Janet) was polite, friendly and accurate with my order and toppings, and neatly placed on the burger. I haven't been to Harvey's in a while since moving to orillia. Will be coming back more often due to the excellent service, friendly staff and great tasting food at this location. Keep up the great service to all the staff.

We were warmly welcomed by Janet at the cash register, and she was incredibly friendly, inviting, and helpful. She truly embodies the cheerful demeanor you hope for when placing an order. I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello from Janet. She took my order quickly and directed me to the pop machine to fill my cup. My food was prepared quickly. It was hot and fresh and the young man dressing my burger was friendly. Great experience all around.

Most amazing staff .. super friendly and kind. My son split his milk shake everywhere and the were so pleasant about it.. they cleaned up immediately and gave him a new shake .. thank you guys so much it's so nice to see some places still have this kind of service..

I really enjoy Harvey's cheeseburgers. I finally got them to add extra pickles as I requested, but the burgers are never hot when we get them. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day we visit. The service was excellent, but the quality of the food was lacking.

Great experience with Averil, she was polite, friendly, and full of positive energy. She made sure we had everything we needed before we left the drive thru window!
